Modeling the as-is and to-be workflow Requirements • Subject Matter Experts (SME) • Use case modeling • User interface prototyping / mockup • Domain modeling using Class Responsibility Collaborator (CRC) cards Validation Techniques, e.g. Scenarios to test use cases, Review process and actors OO Analysis • Sequence, class and state diagrams • Analysis Patterns • Physical diagrams and deployment |

| Fachkompetenzen: | Uses business process modeling (BPM) and object oriented techniques (OOA) w/ UML to analyze business processes to either improve them or specify an automation solution. |
| Fachübergreifende Kompetenzen: | This is an interdisciplinary lecture w/ students from tourisms, culture management and computer science. Additionally to the lectures the class will be divided into interdisciplinary groups w/ maximal 5 students. Each group will work on a complete case study. |
